Jeff Capel
Jeff is an accomplished, versatile Leadership Coach, certified through the internationally recognized Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and The Leadership Circle. Jeff brings his integrity and warm leadership style into every coaching relationship, reflecting upon his broad knowledge base and in-depth coaching expertise. Jeff guides his clients through the coaching process of self discovery, alignment, authenticity and individual leadership.
Jeff has over two decades of managerial and entrepreneurial experience. Coupled with a self awareness that can only be developed through business success and challenges, this has provided Jeff with the insight and understanding required to coach leaders, individuals, and teams/organizations. His experience in the corporate commercial world along with his entrepreneurial ventures have given Jeff a unique and complete understanding of what it takes to lead oneself and others to achieve success.
Jeff is a Master's in Leadership candidate at the University of Guelph. He has an undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario and a post-graduate business diploma from Wilfrid Laurier University. He lives in Guelph, Ontario with his family, spending quality time, running, golfing, coaching hockey, and reading.
